Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Thoughts from Brasil! We currently ship only within Canada. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 CAD per order, and we offer free shipping on all orders of $100.00 CAD or more (before taxes). Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout once your order qualifies.
All of our products are made to order through Printful, so please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Since your product is produced on demand, returns and exchanges are not allowed if you change your mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
